How long will it take to receive my order?

Most of our items are made to order with a current processing time of 3-5 business days for apparel, and 1-3 business days for everything else.

U.S. order ship via USPS and Canadian/International orders ship via Canada Post. We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, however we cannot guarantee them. Actual time may vary depending on the courier service.

Can I return or exchange my item?

All items are custom made to order based on your preferences for style/color/size so please refer to the measurements posted in each listing to ensure the item will fit correctly as well as our descriptors regarding how the item fits. We do allow exchanges, but not refunds. Please contact us at to arrange for an exchange.

We pride ourselves on creating and sending quality apparel, but in the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, or damaged goods, please message us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will arrange an exchange.

We ship all items according to our processing times listed in our shop and cannot refund you for items not arriving in time for a specific event. If you need your order by a specific date, please message us so we can give you alternate shipping options.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift packaging is available for all mug listings for a small upcharge. You can choose between a pink, blue or black gift box which we securely pack the mug(s) in with tissue paper for filling and then ship that gift box within another secure packaging box.

I'm shipping this as a gift. Can I add a note for the recipient?

Absolutely! When you check out, you will have the option to include a personalized note that is printed and placed in the box. This service is completely free of charge!

Help! I entered the wrong address. How do I change it?

If you have placed an order and need to change the delivery address, please contact us ASAP at We will do our best to try to accommodate the change, but if your item has already been shipped, we will not be able to change it. Please double check your address when you place the order to avoid this issue.
