Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
- Yes! We know life happens and for whatever reason you may no longer need your item after finding out it's been shipped. We will accept returns for refunds on non-customized items only once the items has arrived back to us safely with no breakages.
Can I made a change to my order?
- Yes! Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to ensure we have time to make those changes. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I need to cancel my order. Can I do this?
- As long as we have not shipped your item, your item can be cancelled! For custom items, once your mug has been printed (typically 24-48 hours after purchase) you can no longer cancel that item. Please email email@example.com to request a cancellation.
